Tip of the Week: Asthma EMS Review for EMTs and Paramedics

Summertime is a time of allergens as we’ve been discussing on the show in recent weeks. It seems a natural transition to head into a look at asthma, a condition also triggered by allergens. You may be encountering more patients with respiratory issues this time of year and handling those asthma patients. We talked about albuterol and atrovent previously on the show and this week we check out the primary condition we use it for. Let’s get into this week’s tip segment for EMTs and paramedics on Asthma.
