Whenever I get a chance to sit down and talk with Cam Pollock, VP of Marketing at Physio-Control, I take it. While at the EMS 10 Innovator Awards ceremony at EMS Today 2012 this year, Cam was gracious enough to sit down and talk about some of the changes at Physio-Control, Inc. after their divestiture from Medtronic Corporation.
These opportunities to see how our product vendors think and view their important work providing us the tools of our emergency medical services trade is vital to making sure we keep the communication channels open between these companies and the customers and patients they serve. I urge you to listen carefully whenever you get to meet an EMS vendor representative and see where their commitments are when it comes to serving the patients you serve through your hands and their products.
