While at the EMS Today show on Friday, I got a rare opportunity to sit down and interview Cam Pollock, VP of Global Marketing for Physio-Control, Inc.

Cam graciously agreed to sit down and talk with Chris Montera of the EMS Garage Podcast and myself about the recent lifting of the consent decree by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  The consent decree had restricted sales of certain Physio-Control products while a review of QA in their manufacturing process was conducted.

This was a rare opportunity to talk with an industry “insider” about some of the challenges with customer support during the restricted sales time period and also to find out more about Physio’s plans now that the decree has been lifted.
