EMS Family Loses Health Coverage Due to Excessive Accidents
I thought that many of you who joined us on the Trauma Premiere commentary and discussion on Monday might appreciate this.
Most of you know that my family has certainly had their share of health problems over the last few weeks. It prompted me to post this on my facebook page.

The following coverages have been exhausted for 2009 under your “Dad/Husband works from home” policy:
- Pulmonary embolism
- Sprains
- Fractures
- Chest pain
- Shortness of breath
- Emergency room trips
- Pediatrician visits (unscheduled)
- Lab/Xray referals
To help you remain within coverage limits we have provided the following helpful health tips:
- Wash your hands frequently
- Avoid breathing near others
- Pay attention to severe, chronic leg pain
- Do not kick the floor
- Avoid falling down steps
- Comply with instructions from PT
- Take up agoraphobia
- Consider bubble wrap
- Listen to your Dad/Husband
Normal policy limits will resume in 2010.
