Emergiblog Host EMS Blog Carnival

Kim at the Emergiblog hosts “The Handover” a blog carnival of EMS related blogs.  A blog carnival is a collection of interesting posts in a certain topic.  The hosting blogger adds some editorial comments to help the reader know what each blogger’s post is about.

Kim is a real leader in the health care blogging field.  She is helping to coordinate the Health Care blogger track at this year’s Blogworld Expo in Vegas this October.  If you can get a way for this event, you will have a great time meeting other healthcare bloggers and also improve the quality of your blog with all of the extras and techniques you will learn about.

Kim is also a real fan of the TV show “Emergency” and you’ll always find her referring back to Dixie McCall, the RN that was in charge of the ER at Rampart General in the TV series.  While many of us identify with Johnny Gage or Roy Desoto, we can’t deny the power of Dixie’s advocacy for the paramedics to the doctors, especially in the early episodes of the series when she was the only one who believed in the paramedic program.
