EMT Sues Patient and a New MedicCast News
A rather shocking story caught my eye this week. It has to do with a Florida EMT/Firefighter who is suing an elderly patient for injuries suffered while arriving at the patient’s residence for a call for aid. The responder is saying that 18,000 dollars worth of injury was caused by the patient. More on this in the MedicCast News podcast.

I wonder myself about that patient being sued by the EMT. I wonder if she was assaulted?
