I work for the Information Technology department of a municipality with Fire and Medic services, so I'm not exactly your "target market". Listening to the MedicCast, however, helps me learn a little more about the terminology, practices, issues and culture of my BLS/ALS users. Hopefully that will help me deliver better information and technology services to the folks on the line. In addition, I've used the MedicCast as an example of how the technology could be applied to internal professional development and external communication. Most important, listening to a podcast is a lot less painful than a ride-along with the Medics. To be fair, my ride-along was a result of breaking my leg in three places. Keep up the good work.
